New guests, please call us at 7405224772 to schedule. We require 24 hours cancellation notice for guests scheduled. If less notice than this is given, 50% of the service price will be charged to your credit card, or deducted from your gift card. If you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your gift card.

All color services must be now booked over the phone or in-person to better accommodate your needs at 305-944-8821.

Our beauty salon is confident that you will love your experience; If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service/results, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.

Cancellation Policy
After two (2) no-shows/no-call or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment; any future appointments will require a credit card prior to booking. Then, if cancelled within 24 hours or a no-show, the guest will be charged 20% of the booked services. The duration period is a rolling 12 months. Thank you for understanding!
